With schools out for summer I am always on the lookout for quick, nutritious and easy to make meals and this oats dosa recipe fits the bill perfectly. My family enjoys these dosas and I have been making them for many years now.
Oats Dosa is a savoury oats crepe. Oats are super healthy, offer a host of health benefits and are well known for their fibre content which helps to keep the infamous cholesterol in check. I love these dosas, they are delicious, very easy to make and can be made at short notice as the recipe does not need any soaking, grinding or fermenting. I love such recipes, just mix a few ingredients and your dosas are ready !
